Due to the intimate nature of our products, Flirtations does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other non-fault-related reason.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to assist where possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure all items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please email us at flirtationsclubwearsales@gmail.com  and include the following information:

• Your name and order number
• The product name
• A description of the fault or damage
• Clear photographs showing the issue

Once we have received your email and reviewed the information provided, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss a suitable resolution.

Important Information

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Flirtations reserves the right to assess all claims before approving a replacement.
